Some offers take longer than others to process. Generally speaking though, 48 hours (2 days) is a long time to wait to receive your points. If you haven’t received your points after 48 hours you can contact our support team, or navigate to the offerwall and click their “Support” button, on the first tab of the section that opens you can see your completed offers. You will also see a “Missing points” button.

Generally this is caused by third parties incorrectly installing their code and not sending the right signals to the advertising network.

G2A and Steam cards are sent instantly via email in the form of a serial key. Unfortunately, PayPal doesn’t have such features. We will be working towards automating the PayPal payouts automatically in the future.

For the time being, PayPal payouts need to be done manually by staff.

On PC, surveys, website registrations and signups generally pay the most from the free offers section.

On mobile devices app downloading, surveys and website registrations pay the most.

The advertising network awards your points after ad views, not video views. If the ads aren’t loading for you, you can try refreshing the page, if that doesn’t work, you can try hard refreshing (Hold CTRL and press F5).

Also make sure you aren’t running any ad-blocking software(s).

Unconfirmed: The advertising network has strict guidelines on offer completions. They check each action completed for fraud, scripting and other issues that might render the action non-payable. For that reason, we have to hold points for a few days while they determine if the actions are legitimate or not.

Confirmed: These are points that have passed the checks of the advertising network and are available to use in redemption.

The advertising network may deem an action completion as fraudulent. When this happens, they communicate with our platform and remove the points. If you believe this has happened unjustly, please contact our support and we will get in touch with them.

In most cases that’s because you haven’t activated your account yet. After registering, you will receive am email with a special link that will activate your account and verify your email address.

Be sure to check your “Junk” and “Spam” folders.
